All redemptions of RCity Stars are final and irrevocable.
If you, the business, cancel an RCity Stars redemption transaction, the customer will not be reimbursed with the used RCity Stars. For example, your customer wants to return purchased goods and receive a refund. In that case, any refund is decided and agreed upon directly between you and your customer.
The City of Rancho Cordova is not responsible for crediting or debiting the user’s account or that of your business with RCity Stars. The exception is if the user needs to cancel due to a technical error (for example, the user paid the wrong amount). The user should notify customer support at contact.RCity@colu.com about this error no later than two business days after the mistaken redemption transaction.
